Lucky The Leprechaun: A Fun and Simple St. Patrick's Day Lunch!
Eliana and I made this Lucky Leprechaun Lunch today :)
This was such an easy lunch to make and would be perfect for St. Patrick's Day!
Lucky is a WOWBUTTER
and honey sandwich cut with a circle cookie cutter
. His eyes are mini chocolate chips while his nose and beard are orange bell pepper.
Lucky's beard actually looks sort of lumpy to me :) I wanted to use orange bell pepper for his beard but you could easily use a slice of cheddar cheese. Lucky's hat is made of cucumber, a piece of provolone cheese and a mini square
cut from yellow bell pepper. I added a little mouth with an edible food marker.
Lucky would be perfect inside any lunchbox too! Just "glue" the pepper and chocolate chips down with a little bit of honey or nut butter. We served Lucky with some raspberries and blackberries on the side :)
Even though our Lucky is lumpy, we still find him to be very cute! ;)
